How do I get started? â–¼
  1. Download Keywords Tool from the Mac App Store
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID (new users get 100 free credits)
  3. Click "Open Folder" to select your image folder
  4. Choose your AI mode and click Generate
What image formats are supported? â–¼
Keywords Tool supports JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg) and PNG (.png) files. Other formats are not currently supported.
Are my original images uploaded to the cloud? â–¼
No. Your original images never leave your Mac. Only a resized thumbnail (max 512px, JPEG compressed) is sent to our AI service for keyword generation. The thumbnail is processed in real-time and not stored on our servers.
How many images can I process at once? â–¼
You can select and process up to 50+ images in a single batch. The app handles concurrent AI requests automatically for maximum speed.
What's the difference between AI modes? â–¼
  • Normal (1 credit): Standard keywords for Adobe Stock & Shutterstock
  • Getty (2 credits): Specialized format for Getty Images
  • Prompt (1 credit): Generate AI image prompts for Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.
  • Normal Enhanced (2 credits): Higher quality Normal mode
  • Getty Enhanced (3 credits): Premium Getty format
How do I export metadata for stock platforms? â–¼
Click the export button in the toolbar. You can choose from 5 CSV formats: Picfre All, Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Getty, and Prompts. Each format matches the platform's bulk upload requirements.
Can I edit the AI-generated metadata? â–¼
Yes. Click the pencil icon next to any image to open the edit panel. You can modify titles, descriptions, keywords, and categories. Changes are written directly to the image's EXIF/IPTC/XMP metadata.
How do I request a refund? â–¼
In-app purchases are managed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. You can also contact us at support@molodev.com for assistance.
How do I delete my account? â–¼
Contact us at support@molodev.com with your registered email address. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
